Adidas have unveiled the ‘UCL Pack’, consisting of the re-released Predator Pulse and F50 Ghosted, before the second matchday of the 2021/22 Champions League campaign.
With the official colours of the UEFA Champions League as a clear influence, the two boots are wrapped in the silver, blue and purple synonymous with the biggest club competition in world football.
The Adidas F50 Adizero Prime football boot was launched in early 2011, adorned with what would become an iconic bright orange paint job. The boot was released as a third alternative to the leather and microfibre boots in the Adizero-collection; claiming the title as the lightest football boot until 2014, with a weight of 145 grams.
Coated in a “Silver Metallic/Shock Pink/Collegiate Navy” colourway, the F50 Ghosted sees a silver hue dominating the upper, with navy edging and the pink embellishing the Three Stripes on the lateral side.
The Adidas F50 Ghosted Champions League cleats will be worn by Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema.
On the other hand, The Adidas Predator Pulse silo, launched in 2004, were designed for more power, swerve and control. The Adidas Predator Pulse 2 boots were launched in 2005 – acting as a small update of the first Predator Pulse.
Arriving in an official colourway of “Bold Blue/Silver Metallic/Shock Pink”, the Predator Pulse are set to be worn by Atletico Madrid’s Koke, Manchester United’s Paul Pogba and Real Madrid’s David Alaba.
Limited numbers will be available.
